The Academy of European Medieval Martial Arts in co-operation with the Friends of the Medieval Studies Society (ROM) and the Royal Heraldry Society of Canada
Invite you to witness a reproduction of a 14th century tournament combining mediaeval pageantry with competitive bouts between armoured combatants wielding weapons including sword, spear, dagger and poleaxe.
Saturday, March 15th, 2008 between 11am and 4pm in the Currelly Gallery, ROM
Following the tournament, AEMMA will host a catered banquet in honour of the combatants at its salle d'armes at Dupont & Ossington at 6:30pm.
Dinner tickets are $60 per person - cash bar available.
